4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of booking
• Group size limitations may apply
• Special requirements must be communicated at time of booking

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required to confirm your booking
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Corporate accounts may be eligible for invoicing arrangements

4.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are current at the time of publication but may be subject to change. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling

5.2 Our Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

• Insufficient bookings (minimum group sizes)
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
• Museum closures or access restrictions
• Guide illness or unavailability

In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative date.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

• Follow guide instructions and museum rules

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Museums of London and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
